Runaway Robot

This game was submitted to the 2021 annual GMTK Game Jam.  You play as Billy, a 7-year-old boy, trying to bring his robot, Lenny,  home,  after Lenny accidentally teleported Billy and himself to a mysterious warehouse. What Billy doesn't know is that the warehouse never ends.

How does our game fit the theme?

The theme for the jam was "Joined Together." We interpreted this theme to mean that two characters were joined together. The connection could also break meaning that you would not be joined with the other character. This could be fatal to you.

What are the controls?

Left Arrow  - Move Left

Right Arrow - Move Right

Up Arrow - Jump

M - Merge with the Robot

R - Reset Level
